Artificial Intelligence Disclosure (PA Bar Compliant)
This service uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist in the preparation of legal documents. As required by Pennsylvania Bar Association ethics rules, we disclose the following:
- •AI is used to conduct intake interviews and gather case information
- •AI generates initial document drafts based on your responses
- •All AI-generated content is reviewed and approved by a licensed Pennsylvania attorney
- •The attorney maintains responsibility for the final work product
No Attorney-Client Relationship Until Engagement
Visiting this website, creating an account, or using our AI intake system does NOT create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established when:
- You complete a formal engagement letter
- The engagement letter is accepted by our office
- Payment is processed for the requested services
Until these steps are completed, any information you provide should not be considered confidential attorney-client privileged communication.
Limited-Scope Representation (Ghostwriting)
Our services provide "limited-scope representation," commonly known as "ghostwriting." This means:
- •We prepare legal documents for you to file as a pro se (self-represented) litigant
- •Our attorney's name will NOT appear on your documents
- •You will represent yourself in court
- •We provide documents and guidance, not courtroom representation
Pennsylvania Bar Compliance: Ghostwriting for pro se litigants is permitted under Pennsylvania Bar ethics rules when done with proper disclosure and engagement procedures.
Your Responsibilities
As a client of our document preparation service, you are responsible for:
- •Providing accurate and complete information during the intake process
- •Reviewing all documents carefully before signing and filing
- •Meeting all court deadlines and filing requirements
- •Appearing at all scheduled court hearings
- •Understanding that our service does not guarantee any particular outcome
Service Limitations
Our services are currently limited to:
- •Landlord-tenant matters in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania
- •Small claims cases in Allegheny County Magisterial District Courts
We do not provide services for criminal matters, family law, immigration, bankruptcy, or cases outside Allegheny County. If your matter falls outside our service area, we can provide referrals to appropriate resources.
