Description of Services
We provide limited-scope legal representation ("ghostwriting") services, including AI-assisted legal document preparation with attorney review, for pro se litigants in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is only established upon signing an engagement letter and acceptance by our office.
AI Disclosure
Our services use artificial intelligence to assist in document preparation. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a licensed Pennsylvania attorney before delivery. By using our services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI technology.
User Responsibilities

Payment Terms
Payment is due before document delivery. Prices are displayed at time of purchase. Due to the nature of legal services, refunds are generally not available once attorney review has been completed.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for outcomes of legal proceedings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We do not guarantee any particular result.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Pennsylvania law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Allegheny County courts.
