IOLTA Trust Account

Your consultation fee has been placed in our IOLTA trust account and will not be billed against until your consultation has been completed. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, your fee will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Virtual Consultation Disclosure

By booking a virtual consultation, you acknowledge that: (1) the consultation will be conducted via video or telephone; (2) electronic communications carry inherent risks to confidentiality; (3) the consultation establishes a limited-scope representation for the specific matter discussed; and (4) no attorney-client relationship for ongoing representation is created unless a separate engagement agreement is signed.
