Important: HICPA Requirements
Pennsylvania’s Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (73 P.S. § 517.1 et seq.) requires all home improvement contracts over $500 to be in writing and contain specific terms, including: contractor registration number, detailed scope of work, start and completion dates, total price, payment schedule, and a three-day Right to Rescind notice.
Contractors who fail to comply with HICPA face criminal penalties, fines up to $10,000, and potential liability for treble damages. Our contracts ensure full compliance so you can focus on the work.
All contracts are drafted and reviewed by a PA licensed attorney.
