Nominal Bail
Small monetary amount ($1). Used when some condition is needed but risk is minimal.
Percentage Bail
Defendant posts a percentage (typically 10%) of the bail amount.

Bail Modification (Pa.R.Crim.P. 529)
You may file a motion to modify bail at any time by showing changed circumstances. The motion is filed with the Court of Common Pleas and typically scheduled for a hearing within 72 hours.
